SOLPROAM S.C. (hereinafter "SOLPROAM"), with registered address in Mexico City, Mexico, is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal Data We Collect
To fulfill the purposes described in this notice, SOLPROAM may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: full name, RFC (tax ID), CURP, electronic signature.
- Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address.
- Tax and financial data: financial statements, tax returns, payrolls, tax vouchers.
- Employment data: employee information for payroll administration.
- Browsing data: cookies and access logs from the website (see cookie section).
We do not collect sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary for the contracted service and with your express consent.
3. Purposes of Processing
Primary Purposes
- Provide the contracted accounting, tax and administrative services.
- Prepare and submit returns, audits and reports to tax authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Manage the contractual and commercial relationship with the client.
- Issue and receive electronic tax vouchers (CFDI).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Secondary Purposes
- Send information about our services, promotions and tax updates (with the option to opt out at any time).
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and service improvement.
- Internal statistics and website usage analysis.

4. Protection of Your Data
SOLPROAM implements technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access or disclosure. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel who have signed confidentiality agreements.
5. ARCO Rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, send a request to contacto@solproam.com.mx including:
- Full name and contact information.
- Clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
- Documents proving your identity.
- Any data or document that helps locate your information.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt.
6. Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to Mexican tax authorities (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT) when legally required for the provision of services. These transfers do not require your consent pursuant to Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. We will not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent.
